HOW TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH?
The UFSBD recommends brushing your teeth 2 times a day, morning and evening, for 2 minutes, without forgetting to clean the interdental spaces in the evening.
The technique: perform vertical movements on the outer and inner side of the teeth.
